Cherry Tomato Sauce for Pasta

CHERRY TOMATO SAUCE FOR PASTA


INGREDIENTS:

1 BOX (APPROX. 1 LB.) CHERRY OR YELLOW TOMATOES
2 CLOVES GARLIC -- MINCED
2 TBS. BALSAMIC VINEGAR
1 TSP. DRY BASIL

6-8 OUNCES FRESH LINGUINE
1 TBS. BUTTER
1/4-1/2 CUP CHICKEN STOCK



DIRECTIONS:


HALVE THE TOMATOES AND MARINATE FOR AT LEAST 30 MINUTES IN THE

GARLIC, BALSAMIC VINEGAR, AND BASIL.

COOK THE LINGUINE, DRAIN, AND RETURN TO THE PAN WITH THE BUTTER.

ADD THE TOMATOES PLUS MARINADE THEN ADD ENOUGH CHICKEN STOCK

TO MAKE THE SAUCE TO YOUR CHOICE.
