Fusilli (Corkscrew) Primavera Salad

FUSILLI (CORKSCREW) PRIMAVERA SALAD


INGREDIENTS:

8 Oz. Pasta Cool and drain
1/4 C. Olive oil
1 Small onion Chop Fine
2 Cloves Garlic
2 Carrots - slice paper thin
1/2 C. Red and Green peppers - slivered
1/2 C. Artichoke hearts chopped
8 Mushrooms sliced
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 C. Italian dressing
Parmesan cheese

Saute onion and garlic in oil. Add to all the rest of the ingredients and toss.
