GRASSHOPPER PIE
INGREDIENTS:
24 OREO COOKIES FINELY CRUSHED
1/4 CUP MARGARINE
4 TBS CREME DE MENTHE
2 TBS CREME DE COCOA
1 JAR MARSHMALLOW CREME
2 CUPS HEAVY CREAM WHIPPED
DIRECTIONS:
COMBINE COOKIE CRUMBS AND MARGARINE. PRESS INTO A 9-INCH SPRING FORM PAN, RESERVING 1/2 CUP OF THE MIXTURE FOR TOPPING. GRADUALLY ADD THE CREME DE MENTHE AND CREME DE COCOA TO THE MARSHMALLOW CREME UNTIL WELL BLENDED. FOLD IN THE WHIPPED CREAM AND POUR INTO THE PAN. SPRINKLE WITH THE REMAINING CRUMBS AND FREEZE. MAKES 8-10 SERVINGS.
