Sheila'S Country Pork Rib Marinade

SHEILA'S RIB MARINADE


INGREDIENTS: (APPROX. 2 LBS RIBS)

1/2 CUP FROZEN O.J. CONCENTRATE
1/4 CUP BROWN SUGAR
1 TBS. VINEGAR
1/3 CUP KETCHUP
1/4 CUP SOY SAUCE
3/4 TSP. POWDERED GINGER
GROUND PEPPER


SIMMER THE RIBS FOR ABOUT AN HOUR. COVER THE RIBS WITH THE MARINADE MIXTURE AND REFRIGERATE. BROIL RIBS AND BRUSH WITH THE MARINATE.
