TORTILLA BEEF SWIRLS
1 package large tortillas
2 large packages cream cheese
a can diced green chilis
1 1/2 lbs. thin sliced roast beef
2 bunches spinach
Mix cream cheese and chilis, spread evenly on tortillas. Layer with roast beef, spinach, garlic powder and pepper. Place pimento strips at edge of the tortilla. Roll tightly and place each
completed roll in a flat dish and refrigerate for 2-3 hours.Sliceand serve.
