Ingredients:
2 Tablespoons of lemon juice
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp Dijon Mustard
1/4 teaspoon white pepper
1/2 cup canola oil
1/2 tsp crushed tarragon (at the end)
1/2 tsp salt

Directions:
Whip lemon juice, salt, mustard, and pepper adding the oil gradually. Whip in the tarragon at the end.
