Ingredients:
- 24 Oreo cookies, finely crushed
- ¼ cup margarine, melted
- 4 tablespoons crème de menthe
- 2 tablespoons crème de cacao
- 1 jar marshmallow crème
- 2 cups heavy cream, whipped
Instructions:
- Combine the finely crushed Oreo cookies with the melted margarine.
- Reserve ½ cup of the crumb mixture for the topping.
- Press the remaining crumb mixture firmly into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch springform pan.
- In a large bowl, gradually stir the crème de menthe and crème de cacao into the marshmallow crème until thoroughly blended.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the marshmallow mixture until evenly combined.
- Spoon the filling into the prepared cookie crust and smooth the top.
- Sprinkle the reserved Oreo crumbs evenly over the filling.
- Cover and freeze until firm.
- Remove from the freezer shortly before serving. Release the sides of the springform pan and cut the pie into wedges.
Tip: For easier slicing, let the frozen pie stand at room temperature for about 10 minutes before cutting. Dip a sharp knife in hot water and wipe it dry between slices for cleaner cuts.
