Ingredients:
- 1 (8-ounce) wheel Brie cheese, rind trimmed
- 2 tablespoons packed brown sugar
Maple-Honey Pecan Topping
- ¼ cup packed brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter

- Meanwhile, combine the ¼ cup brown sugar, honey, maple syrup, butter, cinnamon, nutmeg and orange zest in a small saucepan over medium heat.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, until the mixture becomes foamy, about 1–2 minutes.
- Stir in the chopped pecans and dried cranberries.
- Spoon the warm maple-honey pecan mixture over the baked Brie.
- Serve immediately with crackers or slices of baguette.
Tip: Don't overbake the Brie. It should be very soft and creamy inside while still holding its shape.
