1. Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast’s
2. Salt
3. Pepper
4. Garlic powder
5. Fresh Rosemary
Sous Vide Settings:
Temp: 150
Time: 60 minutes for two small chicken breasts
Directions:
Season chicken with salt pepper and herbs then add a few lemon slices on top of each breast.
Place into food saver bands and seal under vacuum.
