INGREDIENTS:
2 Tablespoons of fat
1/3 of white or yellow onion roughly chopped
4 cloves of garlic
1 cup of light brown sugar
1 cup of apple cider vinegar
2 cups of all natural organic ketchup
1 teaspoon of smoked paprika
1 teaspoon of mustard powder
Directions:
Sauté onion in fat until starting to brown, then add the garlic cloves and continue to cook for about a minute. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for about 30 minutes.
Blend in Vitamin until you have a smooth BBQ sauce.
The sauce can be stored in the refrigerator for up to one week.

Blueberry Cake - Dottie Blaisdell
Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups of all purpose flour
1/2 cup of shortening
1 cup of sugar
1 teaspoon of baking soda
2 teaspoons of cream of tartar
1 egg
1 cup of milk
1 teaspoon of vanilla
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
Salt (no amount) start with 1 teaspoon
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients and add wet ingredients
cream shortening and sugar
On top sprinkle 1/4 cup in all of cinnamon and sugar.
