SHEILA'S FLANK STEAK MARINADE
INGREDIENTS : (FOR I STEAK)
1/4 CUP SOY SAUCE
3 TBS. HONEY
2 TBS. VINEGAR
1 1/2 TSP. GARLIC POWDER
1 1/2 TSP. GINGER
3/4 CUP OIL
1 FINELY CHOPPED GREEN ONION
1 FLANK STEAK
MIX THE OIL, SOY SAUCE, HONEY, AND VINEGAR. BLEND IN THE GARLIC POWDER, ONION, AND GINGER. NARINATE THE MEAT FOR 4 HOURS OR LONGER. GRILL APPROX 7 MIN PER SIDE, SLICE ON THE DIAGONAL.
